I'm a high school freshman. They put me in Math 2 and skipped Math 1. So my mom got some problems from one of the math teachers from Math 1. I get almost all of them. But I'm having trouble setting up this one to solve it: Many major-league baseball pitchers can throw the ball at 90 miles per hour. At that speed, how long does it take a pitch to travel from the pitcher's mound to home plate, a distance of 60 ft 6 in? Give your answer to the nearest 100th of a second.
